Does studio hamptons® have any sales or promotions?

SH offers special sales and promotions for our clients. We also offer incentives for referrals as well as discounts for large orders. Sign up for our emails to be in the know and receive discounts, sales and any upcoming events or happenings.
 

What is the return policy?

You must contact us via email studiohamptons@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving your merchandise for a refund or exchange. All merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund.

We stand by our jewelry and always want to hear from you if you’re experiencing any issues with your custom pieces. Since most pieces are custom and made to order, we cannot except any returns for sizing issues. We will exchange the merchandise and the client will have to pay for return shipping the items back to STUDIO HAMPTONS. We recommend to send via insured parcel with tracking.

Please measure your wrist before ordering any custom pieces. (See our page with our “How to Measure Guide”) Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs are not subject to refund.


DOES STUDIO HAMPTONS®

SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

We currently only ship within the United States via USPS. For all custom orders please allow up to 10-14 business days. (Could be longer due to holidays) All items are packed in a padded envelope to ensure non damaged items.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DOES SH OFFER?

Have an old bracelet that broke or needs to be restrung? We charge a fee of $8 to restring any bracelet.

Additional shipping methods are offered. Packages may be shipped via Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS in special situations or requests.

Studio Hamptons has women, men and children’s sizing options. We do large orders for birthday favors, bridal gifts, push presents, graduation, holidays and offer large order discounts.
